Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

Role
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our team and contribute to creating seamless, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance both user satisfaction and product efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define UX strategies.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
